Notts County host Eastleigh in the fourth round of the FA Trophy after the draw was made on Monday.
The Magpies have been paired to take on Ben Strevens’ side after beating their National League compatriot Altrincham 2-1 at the weekend.
Eastleigh are just one of four sides to beat Notts in the National League this season after securing a 2-0 win in November.
Head coach Ian Burchnall’s side hope to set the record straight when the two sides meet again at Meadow Lane to take another step towards Wembley.
Notts have reached the semi-finals of the competition for the last two seasons but lost to Harrogate in their first year in the National League in a Covid-disrupted campaign.
And Notts missed a chance for a big day last season when they lost on penalties to Mark Stimson’s Hornchurch after going 3-3.
The tie against Eastleigh is scheduled to be played on Saturday 15 January.
